2.ଅନେକ ପିଲା କାରଖାନା, ହୋଟେଲ, ଦୋକାନ କିମ୍ବା ନିର୍ମାଣ ସ୍ଥାନରେ କାମ କରନ୍ତି। ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ଅସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଏବଂ ବିପଜ୍ଜନକ।

4.ଅସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଶ୍ରମ ବଦଳରେ ବଡ଼ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦକ୍ଷତା ତାଲିମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗଦେବାକୁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଏହା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରେ ଭଲ ଚାକିରି ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରେ।

5.ଯେଉଁ କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଶିଶୁ ଶ୍ରମିକକୁ ଏଡ଼ାନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଉତ୍ପାଦ କିଣନ୍ତୁ। ଏହି ଚାପ ବ୍ୟବସାୟଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଆଇନ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ କରେ।

କ’ଣ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ

1.ଘରେ କିମ୍ବା ଦୋକାନରେ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। କାମ ଛୋଟ ମନେ ହେଉଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ, ଏହା କ୍ଷତିକାରକ ଏବଂ ବେଆଇନ।

2.ଶିଶୁ ଶ୍ରମିକ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ତିଆରି ଜିନିଷ କିଣନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ।

3.ଗରିବ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶସ୍ତା ଶ୍ରମିକ ଭାବରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟକୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୋଷଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହେଁ।

4.ବିପଦପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସ୍ଥାନରେ କାମ କରୁଥିବା ପିଲାକୁ ଅଣଦେଖା କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ଏହାର ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜୀବନ ବଞ୍ଚିପାରେ।

5.ଶିଶୁ ଶ୍ରମିକ ଅସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ। ଏହା ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ଶରୀର, ମନ ଏବଂ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତକୁ କ୍ଷତି ପହଞ୍ଚାଏ।
